C2 Storage - Back up and Sync up, you could have both.
With C2 Storage and Hyper Backup, schedule backup tasks and retain different versions of your data becomes possible. It minimizes storage consumption and backup times. Deduplication automatically removes duplicate copies of data, which can further reduce storage consumption and backup times.
C2 Storage could allow you to create Hybrid Share on your Synology local NAS system and synchronize to other NAS worldwide. Multi-site file sharing and high-performance local caching. Hybrid Share could also integrate with Synology Drive for the most convenient file backup and collaboration.
C2 Surveillance
C2 Surveillance for Synology NAS keeps a remote copy of your security recordings, so you can investigate even if the recording server is stolen or damaged. You could login C2 web portal to browse or share the recording films.

Q. Which Synology C2 data center is the best fit for my devices?

Q. Do I need to register a credit card on my Synology Account to purchase C2 services here?
No, you can pay to us, and we will configure your annual plan via Synology Partner Portal.
Q. Do I need to provide my Synology Account to have you purchase C2 Service for me?
Yes, we need to send a management invitation to your Synology Account. After you accept the invitation, we can purchase C2 services for you via Synology Partner Portal. If you need us to prepare a temporary Synology Account, please let us know and we can prepare one for you.
Q. Will my data in C2 Storage/ Surveillance be accessed by my Synology C2 partner?
You can configure whether the C2 partner can access it or not. The configuration way can be found here.
Q. If my C2 service is already managed by one Synology C2 partner, can other partners still manage my Synology Account?
No, only one Synology parnter can manage a customer’s Synology Account’s C2 services at a time. You can cancel the management of the original partner in your Synology Account page > Profile > Synology Account Group, then another partner can then send you a management invitation.
Q. Can I cancel the partner management on my C2 service after purchasing C2 services?
Yes, Synology C2 system will bill the payment one month after the purchase. After the payment is deducted, you can remove the original partner management in your Synology Account > Profile > Synology Account Group.
Q. Can the space of the same C2 Storage - Advanced subscription from the same account be used by multiple Synology NAS devices?
Yes, you can use the C2 Storage space associated to the same Synology Account on different NAS devices. For example, if your Synology Account subscribes to 5TB, you can use 2TB on one Synology NAS1 and 3TB on another Synology NAS2. The only thing to note is that Synology NAS must meet the following requirement: a. DSM 7.0.1 or higher b. External network connection c. Btrfs storage space d. 2GB or more of memory
Q. Can multiple Synology NAS devices simultaneously mount a Hybrid Share of C2 Storage?
Yes, up to 10 Synology NAS devices can simultaneously mount the same Hybrid Share. For more detailed restrictions, please see this.
